Join local dance instructor Renee Wight for a fun and accessible series of dance workshops!
Across four lively classes, Renee will introduce participants to the basics of tap, jazz, and line dancing, offering a welcoming space to move, learn, and enjoy. Come learn the basic line dance steps. Participants will learn a simple sequence of steps in unison. The class will consist of a wide variety of line dances to include soul, pop and country and will be geared towards the beginner student.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing to allow movement, jazz shoes or sneakers are recommended and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Whether you’re brand-new to dance or looking to refresh your skills, no experience is necessary. Each class is designed to be beginner-friendly, energetic, and supportive. Attend one session as a drop-in or join us for all four! Come dance, learn, and connect with your community — one step at a time!
